ACCESSIBLE ROOMS

ADAPTERS

The electricity supply is 220/240 volts 50 cycles. The 110/220 outlet in all bathrooms are for electric razors only. Power adaptors are available from housekeeping. For assistance please call housekeeping on 1368.

AIR-CONDITIONING

Individual air-conditioning controls are located in your rooms/apartments. The control panel has a temperature scale which can be adjusted as required

AIRPORT

Dubai International Airport is only at 10.5 kilometers. Please contact the Reception by using the icon on your telephone.

ATM MACHINE

Golden Sands 3 & 5

The nearest ATM machine to Golden Sands 3 &5 is located at Golden Sands 8, right in front of the Golden Sands 3 Entrance.

Golden Sands 10

The nearest ATM machine to Golden Sands 10 is located at Spinny's Supermarket.

BEACH FACILITIES

Beach facilities for guests are available at the Kite Beach, 10 minutes away from golden sands offering beautiful sunny beaches, lush green parks and play areas for children.

BREAKFAST

Our all day dinning restaurant offers a lavish buffet breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and 6:30 am to 11:00 am on weekends. Please use the Room Service icon on your telephone for breakfast orders to the room.

You will find a floor plan on the back of your door, indicating routes for emergency exits. Please take note of this for your own safety. Emergency exits are marked clearly visible throughout the property.

KEY CARDS

Your room is equipped with a sophisticated key card system and electronic room key cards are issued upon your arrival at the Reception. For security reasons, please do not write your room number on your key card. In case of loss, please contact immediately the Reception and you will be issued a new key card.

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING

Laundry bags and price list are kept in the closet. The service is available on daily basis. Items collected before 10:00 a.m. will be returned the following day.


Express service is available at a 50% extra charge. For express service enquiries or special requests please call housekeeping on 1368.


Please do not leave your laundry outside your apartment, simply give us a call so one of our associates can pick it up from you.

LIFE GUARD / POOL ATTENDANT

For your safety, we have lifeguards on duty at the swimming pool from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

LOST & FOUND

Housekeeping will do their best to locate your lost item. Please contact them between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or contact the Reception after 6:00 pm by using the icons on your telephone. Please read the note on safekeeping of your valuables in this Service Directory under the “Fire, Safety & Security Procedures” tab.

METRO

Golden sands is close to three metro stations :
ADCB metro station, Burjuman Metro Station and Al Fahidi metro station.


A “nol” card allows you to travel by metro and by bus at the same time.
“Nol” cards are sold onsite.


By Dubai metro, from nearby stations you can reach all major shopping malls like Dubai mall, which is the biggest mall in the world, Mall of the Emirates and many more.

The nearest mosque is located behind our hotel. For further information and prayer times, please contact the Reception.
